It improves the network workflow by enabling the submitting agent to enter the quote information directly to carriers. ACORD forms and applications go into the carrier’s portal eliminating the need for admitting agents to rekey the information. If a member agent sells a policy from an inherited carrier, Semsee will notify the Network brokerage team so they can assist in binding the policy.

For member agents, Semsee enables them to be more efficient, so they can spend more time consulting with clients. With the solution, agents can quickly obtain small commercial quotes from multiple carriers and offer better coverage comparisons to their clients. Semsee allows member agents to submit risks to inherited carriers as well as their own appointed carriers using a single form so they can easily compare coverages and ensure the client is getting the best price. Upon submitting the form a client record is created and the market is blocked. Semsee also has a white-labeling option for Networks so the platform can be branded with the Network’s logo and colors, enabling it to seamlessly fit in with the Network’s processes.
