Brian Brusoski, Keystone

Brian Brusoski is the Executive Vice President of Field Operations at Keystone. He leads the regional and state vice president teams in addition to Keystone’s Carrier Relations and Claims Management divisions. He works closely with AgencyKPI and assists in contract management and new program development. Previously, Brian was Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence wherein he led strategy and vision for Keystone’s approach to transformative data opportunities. Mr. Brusoski has been with Keystone since March 2006, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President of Property & Casualty. Prior to joining Keystone, from September 2003 to March 2006, he was the Association Manager for State Auto Insurance Group, Columbus, OH. From 1991 to 2003, he held various positions within Harleysville Insurance Group (Columbus, Pittsburgh, Baltimore), including Branch Underwriting/Service Manager, Marketing Manager and Field Underwriter. From 1988 to 1991, he was employed by Travelers Insurance Company (Columbus, Hartford) as Senior Commercial Lines Analyst—Middle Market.

Mr. Brusoski’s more than 25 years of Property and Casualty, commercial and personal lines experience is a culmination of his work on the carrier side, branch operations, sales, marketing, product/program development, underwriting and personal production. He is focused on success with the team, carriers, agency and business partners alike. and possesses a high level of business and financial acumen. Mr. Brusoski’s vision is to position Keystone as the number one insurance franchisor of commercial insurance programs.

Mike Baeurle, CRC Group

Mike Baeurle is the Executive Vice President of Agency Distribution for CRC Group. In his current role, he oversees business development and client management engagement. Mike has been with CRC Group for six years and with Swett & Crawford for four years which CRC acquired in 2016. Prior to joining Swett & Crawford, Mike was with ACE USA /CHUBB for ten years and held several senior positions including SVP of Regional Operations where he managed retail client engagement. Prior to ACE USA /CHUBB Mike was a senior member of Coverage Connect, an internet startup  that developed one data entry multiple carrier quote technology for small business insurance. Before  joining Coverage Connect Mike was the founder of an internet based retail agency, insurancebriefcase.com, and also a successful retail producer. Mike is based in Chadds Ford, PA.

Keith Captain, FirstChoice, a MarshBerry Company

Keith Captain is President of FirstChoice, a MarshBerry Company. Under Keith’s leadership, FirstChoice has become one of the fastest growing networks in the country. Phil Lucca, EMC Insurance

Phil Lucca joined EMC in March 2010 as the Assistant Branch Manager of the Milwaukee Branch and became Resident Vice President and Milwaukee Branch Manager in June 2010. He was promoted to Area Vice President – Branch Operations in 2017. Phil assumed the position of Senior Vice President – Chief Field Officer in November 2020, overseeing Branch Operations, Bond and Agency Development. Phil’s entered the insurance industry as an underwriter trainee with the Ohio Casualty Group. Phil has a wide range of experience in the insurance industry, across many different locations. He has served in the roles of underwriter, marketing representative, branch manager and Regional Vice President in Salt Lake City, UT; Voorhees, N.J.; Brookfield, WI; Cincinnati, OH; and Denver, CO.

Phil received a bachelor’s degree in history from Upsala College in East Orange, N.J. He has the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Phil and his wife, Lisa have 4 adult children and reside in Brookfield, WI.

Paul Morrissette, Chubb

Over a 33 year career at Chubb, Paul has served in a variety of underwriting and marketing positions in the United States and Canada.  He currently leads Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency, which provides centralized distribution services for all of Chubb’s products to agents, brokers, and agency networks around the world.
