This workshop will cover the science of motivation and will explore ways managers can maximize human capital. Expect an interactive presentation including breakout sessions and discussion.

Lead by Victory Lap Founder, Brian Bar who oversees the design and implementation of all the company’s training engagements including their Sales Bootcamps, University Partnerships, and Corporate Education engagements. Victory Lap’s sales boot camp has graduated over 1,000 students into sales roles at companies including Uber, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Oracle. Their program and curriculum have been adopted by the University of California Berkeley and University of Pennsylvania to launch their own Business Development Certifications.
