Tempe Mission Palms
Join owners and senior management of insurance networks, carriers, wholesalers, program administrators, and other industry providers in Tempe, AZ, January 29-30, 2020!
There are a limited number of vendor tables. Placement of vendor tables at the Insurance Networks Alliance event will be determined by the number of table requests and volume of attendees. Once we have a final count, the INA will connect with each registered vendor that wishes to use a table to discuss placement. The intimate nature of our meeting space will ensure easy access to attendees for all vendor tables.
- Set up for the Trade Show can begin on Wednesday, January 29th after 9:00 a.m.
- Tear down of the Trade Show will be on Thursday, January 30th after 6:30 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a tabletop event with 6’ tables. Your booth cannot exceed the 6’ space – we cannot grant exceptions.
All exhibit material shipped to the Mission Palms must use these shipping labels – link coming soon.
Exhibit materials may be sent to the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel no earlier than Wednesday, January 22, 2020. Material arriving prior to that date may be subject to an additional storage charge. Material remaining at the Mission Palms past January 30 will be subject to a charge.
