About Diane Wagner, Chief Operating Officer, First Choice Agents Alliance
Diane Wagner, who has more than 30 years of experience in underwriting, marketing, and coaching, is chief operating officer of First Choice Agents Alliance. Wagner started her career out of high school in central New York and spent the first 20 years working her way up through multiple mergers & acquisitions in the insurance industry. She eventually moved to the Carolinas in 1996 as an insurance company marketing representative. Since 2001, Wagner has been involved with several insurance start-ups, including FCAA. She was recently appointed to the the board of Project Invest.

Kathleen’s expertise is derived from 20+ years of Business Operations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Her knowledge base encompasses Business and Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and the proven ability to assist with the growth and development of individuals or corporations. Client sectors have included insurance and financial services, high tech, biotech and pharmaceutical. Kathleen earned her Master’s in Business (MBA) from Keller Graduate school of Management in Chicago, and her BA in Organizational Management from Concordia University in Chicago. She completed the Situational Leadership® training through the Center for Leadership Studies in San Diego.
