About Whitnee Dillard, Executive Director for InvestSM and Diversity, IIABA
Whitnee Dillard is the executive director for the National Invest Program and Diversity at Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (the Big I). She began her insurance career in 2012 as a licensed property-casualty agent, joining the Big I in 2014. Whitnee has led the development and implementation of various diversity and inclusion initiatives across the independent agency channel and serves as the staff lead to the Big I Diversity Council. Whitnee has received the national Big I Chairman’s Citation, Ohio Insurance Agents Citation and most recently American Property Casualty Insurance Association’s DEI Industry Partner Award. Whitnee is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she received her B.A. in psychology and political science. She also holds a certificate in diversity and inclusion from both Cornell University and the University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business.
About Johanna Holling, Program Manager, Invest
Johanna is focused on developing, maintaining and enhancing the Invest Program with high schools, community colleges and other organizations across the U.S., as well as overseeing our Scholarship Program. She has a background in early childhood education, corporate sales and event planning. A graduate of Bradley University.
