Following thoughtful recommendations from the INA Advisory Committee, results from a recent Service Provider survey, and direct conversations at the 2025 INA Meeting, we are implementing several important changes to Service Provider membership and meeting attendance.
These updates will help ensure positive engagement with INA members at our events while also offering the value of association membership.
Key Changes Effective for 2025/2026
Reduced Annual Membership Fee: $500 (previously $1,500)
Membership Benefits Include:
- Listing in INA Service Provider Directory
- Inclusion in service provider-specific newsletters sent to all INA members
- Eligibility to register for INA events
Note: All new applications will be reviewed and approved by a designated INA Advisory Committee subgroup.
Meeting Registration
- Registration Fee per Attendee: $2,000
- Each attending representative must register individually.
- Membership renewals and meeting registration deadline will be 45 days in advance of INA meetings.
Trade Show Participation
- Table Fee: $500
- Maximum Tables Available: 35
- Trade show table registration does not include event registration.
- Display Rules: This remains a tabletop event—no booths or displays beyond the allotted 6-foot space.
These changes are designed to better align Service Provider participation expectations, enhance the quality of interactions at our events, and ensure a sustainable and high-value experience for all members.
