Navigating the E&S Market – Strategic Insights and Operational Solutions for Networks
January 27 | 9:00 a.m.
The Excess & Surplus (E&S) market has been experiencing sustained double-digit growth in recent years—reshaping risk placement and prompting networks to reevaluate how they support their members in navigating this space.
In this high-level, strategic session, our keynote speaker will explore the evolving E&S landscape and what it means for the independent agency channel, with a particular focus on the implications for networks.
Key takeaways will include:
- An overview of the current shape of the E&S market and emerging trends
- A review of the key drivers behind E&S growth—and the potential sustainability of this trajectory
- A discussion on how networks can help agents more efficiently access E&S markets, particularly through improved automation and operational simplicity
- Insights on how INA members might collaborate to develop shared systems that support their agents and strengthen relationships with strategic E&S partners
- Considerations around shifting appetites in both the standard and E&S markets, and how networks can adapt
This session is designed to help network leaders determine whether current E&S trends represent a persistent challenge—or a familiar market cycle—and offer actionable ideas for how to respond in a way that adds value for their members and partners alike.
